Shipping Policy
Shipping to the 48 Continental US States is $50.00 for Priority Overnight FedEx.
•We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, or any APO/FPO
•You must accept delivery on the first attempt of the delivery.
•If, you open your box, and the coral is D.O.A (dead on arrival). You must contact us within 2 hours at heartlandcorals@gmail.com or text us at 405-410-7929. The email or text must include a picture of the unopened box, a picture of the coral in the bag, and a picture of the coral out of the bag.
•We are not responsible for DOA coral due to carrier delay, we will try to make it right if there is a delay with a store credit.
•We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. You must contact the carrier. We will work with you on this.
•All sales are final, no exceptions.
