Shipping Policy

Shipping is only available in the 48 continental US states and is $50.00 for priority overnight delivery via FedEx. Free shipping is available for orders over $450. We will only ship on Tuesday and Wednesday. 

• We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, or any APO/FPO address. 
• You must accept delivery on first attempt. 
• If you open your box, and the coral is DOA (dead on arrival), you must contact us within 2 hours, and must include a picture of the unopened box, a picture of the coral in the bag, and picture of the coral out of the bag. You must send that to heartlandcorals@gmail.com or text us at 405-410-7929. 
• We are not responsible for DOA coral due to carrier delay, we will try to make it right if there is a delay with store credit. 
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. You must contact the carrier. We will work with you on it. 
• All sales are final, no exceptions.
